- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in business development, customer prospecting, and specialized recruitment in the energy sector, Oil & Gas, or related areas (Engineering, Construction, Chemistry, Industrial, etc.).
- English: Advanced level (essential for communicating with international clients and candidates).
- Commercial skills: Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and close sales.
- Leadership: Experience in managing recruitment teams, with the ability to motivate and guide a group of professionals.
- Independence: Ability to work autonomously, build an active client portfolio, and manage that portfolio proactively.
- Results-Oriented: Focus on achieving commercial and recruitment objectives, with a strategic and decisive mindset.
1. Business Development:
- Identify and prospect new potential clients in Recruitment Services, RPO, and Headhunting in the energy sector and related areas.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and new clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Open new markets and sectors to expand the company’s client portfolio.
- Sell Recruitment Services, RPO, and Headhunting services, presenting customized proposals and solutions.
- Lead a team of 4-5 recruiters, assigning vacancies and supervising the candidate search and selection process.
- Manage the filling of vacancies, ensuring that deadlines and client expectations are met.
- Search for highly qualified candidates, using recruitment and selection tools and techniques.
- Report directly to the Business Development Manager, providing updates on the progress of commercial and recruitment activities.
- Develop strategies for the professionalization of the recruitment area and the continuous improvement of processes.
- Contribute to the growth of the team, fostering an environment of collaboration and high performance.
