They should be up to date with labor market trends and skilled in using digital tools to attract talent.Requirements

Preferably with a university degree or relevant experience in a related field
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and talent selection
Knowledge of digital recruitment tools and platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment
Understanding of current labor market trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
Bilingual: Spanish / English – C1 level
