BGSW is 19,000 + Strong engineering and IT workforce supporting Bosch divisions as well as providing product and services for third party customers.
BGSW has 4 development center 2 in India, 1 in Vietnam and 1 in Mexico.
**Job Description**:
Manage the customer project on time, on cost and on spec.
- Leading the across function project team
- Carry out project management according to Bosch APQP
- Information center of whole project
- Project time planning
- Contact interface and coordinator to customer
- Internal & external communication planning
- Project status monitoring and reporting
- Open topics list maintenance
- Project meeting organizing
- Documentation of the project management
- Participation of performance review MAG to team members
- Leading the across function team during the project phase
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Degree/diploma in engineering or similar.
- Capable to work independently in an organized and structured fashion with strong analytical skills that supports as systematic approach to problem resolution and strong communication skills to discuss issues/challenges with global development teams and external customers.
- Hands on experience with Agile development methods(SCRUM, Kanban, Lean, etc.)
- Advanced English
- Efficiency, Flexibility, Ability to influence/convince, Responsibility, Team building
- Working directly with end customers in US.
- Acquisition and Project Management Responsibility
- Lead the Acquisition(s) and/or Project(s)
- Competencies outlined, Work Packages (below) and must be able to support Large engine fuel system projects (hydraulics only or with ECU including calibration)
- Customer commercial proposals will be led by sales; however, will require PjM to support negotiations w/scenario mgmt, war gaming, and w/justification for pricing, R&D, timing, technical, etc.
- Lean project management, Team oriented, problem solving, communication & coordination skill.
- 3 years and above PM experience in manufacturing company with preference in automotive industry.
