- Penetrate the Installed Base (IB), promoting upgrades, retrofits, and value-added solutions for customers and ABB.
- Understand the channel strategy, establish pricing, prepare sales plans, and propose recovery actions when needed.
- Generate service sales leads and explore new market opportunities using market trend insights.
- Act as a marketer and salesperson for ABB’s service products during campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales; experience in service for motors and drives is a plus.
- Technical knowledge of Drives and Electric Motors.
- Experience developing sales and marketing plans, preferably in industries such as metals, pulp & paper, cement, water, energy, or oil & gas.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
