- Plan and execute product assortment strategies for the Mex eCommerce site in alignment with brand goals.
- Collaborate with global merchandising and buying teams to localize product offerings for the Mexican and Latam customer.
- Product Launch & Catalog Management:
- Oversee product set-up, categorization, descriptions, and visual presentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Manage product uploads, metadata, pricing, and inventory availability across platforms.
- Optimization & User Experience:
- Analyze online shopping behavior and site analytics to optimize product placement, cross-sells, and up-sells.
- Ensure optimal product discoverability through effective site search, navigation, and filtering.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and fashion storytelling.
- Campaign & Content Alignment:
- Partner with digital marketing and creative teams to align merchandising with promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Support email, paid media, and social campaigns with product selections and featured collections.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Track key merchandising KPIs (conversion rate, sell-through, product views, abandonment, etc.) and share insights weekly and compare with physical channels to identify shopping behaviors.
- Make data-informed decisions to improve product visibility and drive sales growth.
- Accelerate LATAM eCommerce:
- Support the rest of LATAM Merchandising team to align product portfolio, consumer experience, share best practices.
- Algin with Merchandising Managers across the LATAM Markets ways of working and simplify processes.
