- Develop and execute effective sourcing and demand management strategies to reduce Total Cost of Ownership in assigned spend categories.
- Partner with key stakeholders and senior leadership to understand business objectives, requirements, and priorities to align strategic direction.
- Build and manage a project pipeline of cost-out opportunities through category expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and business objective alignment.
- Develop, communicate, and implement procurement strategies and drive their compliance.
- Achieve stakeholders’ business requirements leveraging best practices to effectively deliver value - cost reductions/avoidance, supplier consolidation, cash improvement, risk mitigation, process improvements, etc.
- Develop category management expertise and industry knowledge within the established portfolio set to provide insights that influence actionable outcomes. Implement the industry’s best practices.
- Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP. Negotiate supplier agreements, written and verbal.
- Fluent in English with a command of reading comprehension, writing, and negotiation.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement driving savings & launching strategic sourcing initiatives in collaborations with diverse stakeholders.
- In-depth experience in Operations and sourcing MRO and Packaging.
- Exposure to best-in-class practices including extensive end-to-end experience in Sourcing process, Spend Analysis, Supplier & Industry Analysis, RFx expertise, and contract negotiations.
- Able to travel globally, as needed (10-15%).
