**Responsibilities**:
- Design and develop Websites, Web services, and Web Applications, among others.
- Work with multiple departments and people to ensure understanding of and access to data.
- Build collaborative relationships within the organization.
- Promotes a culture of safety for patients and Associates through proper identification, reporting, documentation, and prevention of errors in a non-punitive environment.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Back-end developer
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
- Hands-on experience with Python and the Flask library
- Excellent analytical and time management skills
- Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude
- BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- Knowledge in using database connections with SQL and NoSQL
- Experience in data visualization and information process tool as Tableau or Power BI is a must
- Experience creating transformations of data and interfaces with other systems
**Qualifications**:
- Education/Skills: Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems Management, or related field preferred - Analytical - Detail Oriented - Organized Experience: - 2-3-year experience in software development, design, and implementation (Python, Javascript, or similar are preferred) - Experience designing websites (HTML and CSS - recommended) - Experience working with databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) - Ability to understand software interactions from end to end
