Responsibilities:The OpportunitySupport Business Continuity for LATAM Biscuits and Grains through providing technical solutions (BCP, Productivity, Contingencies and pep+) for Fruit filllings, Flavors, Dairy, and specialties categories. This role will support the research for these categories to enable business continuity across LatAm region and will identify harmonization opportunities to deliver product consistency in the different markets.Your ImpactAs R&D Ingredients Region Jr Analyst (Temporary 6 months) your responsibilities would consist of:

Identify and execute productivity and cost-saving projects in raw materials while ensuring product quality and performance.
Validate new suppliers and ingredients through laboratory tests and plant scale-up to guarantee business continuity in case of contingencies.
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Procurement on ingredient harmonization and availability strategies across LATAM.
Participate in innovation and market trend projects for ingredients, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers.
Maintain technical documentation and processes in alignment with R&D standards.

Qualifications:Who Are We Looking For?

Bachelor’s degree in food science/technology, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in R&D, preferably in ingredient research and development (sourcing, validation, formula optimization) or related R&D roles in the food industry.
Advanced English and strong communication skills for working with suppliers and regional teams.
Analytical, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset, with ability to work in cross-functional, multicultural environments.
Availability to travel.
