- Strong Accounts Payable (AP) process knowledge and experience is required.
- 5 -7 years' experience in managing a team in a multinational Shared Service organization will be an advantage.
- Very good command of English and Spanish.
- Proven leadership and change management skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of ERP systems like Infor M3 will be an advantage.
- Experience from working with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) scanning tools are meriting.
- Manage the delivery of quality Purchase to Pay (PtP) services to the serviced entities in line with Service Level Agreements and the Epiroc Way as well as business requirements
- Drive the implementation of improvements to processes and tools in PtP
- Assist with improving and implementing process alignment in the Region
- Lead, motivate and develop the PtP team for maximum performance
- Coordinate day to day activities
- Continuously improve processes and ways of working, while using digitalization and Robotic Process Automation as an enabler to achieve further efficiencies
- Drive projects for the Purchase to Pay Regional Center of Excellence Team
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators and implement necessary actions to correct negative trends
- Ensure an excellent communication flow with stakeholders in the Region and relevant parts of the Global organization
- Ensure agreed procedures are maintained and adhered to within the team
