  • Strong Accounts Payable (AP) process knowledge and experience is required.
  • 5 -7 years' experience in managing a team in a multinational Shared Service organization will be an advantage.
  • Very good command of English and Spanish.
  • Proven leadership and change management skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems like Infor M3 will be an advantage.
  • Experience from working with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) scanning tools are meriting.
Your responsibilities will be:
  • Manage the delivery of quality Purchase to Pay (PtP) services to the serviced entities in line with Service Level Agreements and the Epiroc Way as well as business requirements
  • Drive the implementation of improvements to processes and tools in PtP
  • Assist with improving and implementing process alignment in the Region
  • Lead, motivate and develop the PtP team for maximum performance
  • Coordinate day to day activities
  • Continuously improve processes and ways of working, while using digitalization and Robotic Process Automation as an enabler to achieve further efficiencies
  • Drive projects for the Purchase to Pay Regional Center of Excellence Team
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators and implement necessary actions to correct negative trends
  • Ensure an excellent communication flow with stakeholders in the Region and relevant parts of the Global organization
  • Ensure agreed procedures are maintained and adhered to within the team
