- Liaise with organizational learning business partners (LBP) and Technical Learning Agents (TLA) to assess training requests and prioritize them to meet requested deadlines.
- Coordinate with our technical learning advisors to provide roadmap support for new operations employees.
- Communicate with company stakeholders to ensure employees are aware of training events and schedules.
- Forecast calendars, attendance and ensure trainer capacity.
- Send invitations via Outlook and follow up with Leaders.
- Coordinate logistics of training resources (transportation, audiovisual tools, rooms, equipment in general).
- Is the keeper of the evidence of the training, performs punctual registration of the attendance to courses in internal and external platforms, as well as the qualifications.
- Handle data entry to grant skills and certifications to trained employees.
- Manages information and updates training records in various platforms (Leaning Management System) and in SIRCE (Corporate Training Registration System).
- Provides support to analyze information corresponding to the performance indicators of the area
- Process attendance data and ensure integrity.
- Support special projects such as process improvement and new learning management system.
- You possess a technical university degree in Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a training coordination role.
- You have exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize work.
- You have an attention to detail and are able to get the job done right the first time.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- You are recognized for your excellent customer service skills.
- You are recognized for your ability in data analysis/management, planning/forecasting and troubleshooting.
- You are fluent in English and in Spanish (spoken and written).
- You possess a strong knowledge of learning management systems and are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel and Outlook).
- You have a strong knowledge in PowerBI (would be considered an asset)
