- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes (BAU and Peak seasons).
- Adapt global strategies to local markets ensuring execution and cultural alignment.
- Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
- Design and execute training and development programs for staff.
- Lead performance management initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes effectively.
- Provide strategic advice to leadership on HR-related matters.
- Foster an inclusive and productive workplace environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (must).
- Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field (desirable).
- Fluency in Spanish and English proficiency (must).
- Proven expertise in HR management and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards.
- Experience in developing and leading HR strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Base salary: $100,000 - $110,000 MXN gross monthly + above law benefits
