The Paid Media Analyst will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. This role works closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure campaigns are effective and deliver strong results.Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Optimize campaigns for engagement, conversions, and cost efficiency.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and best practices.
- Prepare and present performance reports to internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support multi-channel marketing efforts.
- 2+ years of experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Experience managing campaigns for local businesses as well as small, medium, and large budgets.
- Excellent communication skills, including English at an upper-intermediate level.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
- Experience with additional paid media platforms (TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Reddit Ads).
- Previous experience in a marketing agency.
- Understanding of SEO integration with paid media strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Monthly Salary: USD $2,500
