As a Game Operations Coordinator, you'll master our core product configuration, becoming the strategic architect behind a vast network of intertwined in-game data.
Your mission is twofold: First, to ensure a seamless and engaging player experience through meticulous execution.
Second, to leverage your sharp, logical mind to identify inefficiencies and transform them.
You'll navigate a complex web of configuration inputs, where a single event may be linked across dozens of documents.
Understanding these intricate relationships is crucial, and a background in handling data from tools will give you a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Configuration Management:
Manage and execute in-game product and event configurations across multiple, interconnected spreadsheets with precision and accuracy.
LiveOps Support:
Ensure all events and content are launched on schedule and without errors, serving as a reliable point of contact for the LiveOps team.
Process Optimization:
Actively seek opportunities to improve efficiency in configuration workflows, potentially exploring new tools or automation to streamline tasks.
Data Integrity:
Understand the correlations between different data points and sheets, ensuring all configurations are logically consistent and error-free.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, engineering, and art teams to align on event details and implementation.
Requirements
