As a Customer Service Agent for a luxury bedding brand, you’ll be the voice customers trust. You’ll offer thoughtful solutions, handle delicate questions with empathy, and make interactions feel like calling your best friend—but with premium service.Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:✅ Delivering friendly, fast support via email, chat, and phone
✅ Switching tones like a pro—being direct with trade reps and warm with first-time customers
✅ Solving issues on your own (we love ownership!) and minimizing escalations
✅ Helping customers with styling questions around texture, fabric, and design (don’t worry—we’ll train you!)
✅ Tracking and managing support tickets in tools like Zendesk or Gorgias
✅ Supporting the team with clear communication and a positive attitude every dayWhat We’re Looking ForWe care more about who you are than what industry you come from. ✔️ Comfortable working 6 AM – 3 PM PT consistentlyNice-to-Haves (but not required):
