- Work directly with end users to clarify requirements and deliver system support.
- Become the SME for Time & Attendance platforms through hands-on learning.
- Find opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve processes.
- Convert business needs into clear functional specifications, use cases, and change documentation.
- Understand how the T&A system integrates with payroll and HR workflows.
- Train or retrain users to ensure system adoption and efficiency.
- Work together with collaborators, vendors, and internal teams to address issues promptly.
- Detail operational practices, track lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, HR, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years using Time & Attendance or Time & Labor Management systems.
- Proactive approach and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Experience with HR systems implementation or support.
- Ability to prioritize based on urgency and business impact.
- A collaborative, encouraging teammate.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Experience with Workforce Management tools such as Kronos or eTime.
- Excellent consultative, interpersonal and analytical thinking skills.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with collaborators and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communicator capable of delivering concise messages to all levels.
