- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Assist guests with luggage handling—both loading and unloading.
- Escort guests to rooms, explaining resort features and room amenities.
- Store, track, and retrieve luggage in accordance with security procedures.
- Deliver packages, amenities, and messages to guest rooms promptly.
- Maintain a tidy and organized bell desk and luggage storage area.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred: degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields).
- Experience: At least 6 months in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, customer service orientation, multitasking, and computer proficiency.
- Compensation: Highly competitive salaries as well as an annual incentive plan for managerial roles at Department Head level
