- Responsible for the Manufacturing of a set of lines, where it provides the necessary elements to work safely, ergonomically and productively.
- Responsible for deploying Lean methodologies in its lines: VSM, Line Architecture Design Methodology LADM, Material Providing Handling MPH, Six Sigma DMAIC, EPEI, Line Balancing, FMEA, Kaizen and MTM2.
- Responsible for monitoring efficiency indicators, KE, OEE, NEE, IE. and to take actions to improve the efficiency and capacity of the line.
- Leader in planning, developing and executing projectors that improve the productivity of their production lines, through the implementation of SPS and Lean Methodologies.
- Leader of Capex projects (investment projects)
- JBS documentation, OWS, Visual Aids, Documentation of Functional tests.
- Actively participate in 8D's root cause analysis.
- Maintain the routes by loading the times triggered by MTM2 and Balancing.
- Comply with ISO guidelines ISO:9001, ISO:14001, ISO:45001, ISO 50001 and CTPAT.
- Experience in a manufacturing plant environment preferably automotive or metalworking
- Advanced use of Lean tools for at least a year and a half.
- Mandatory Graduated: Industrial Engineer, Mechatronics, Industrial & Systems Engineering
- Advanced level of English, mandatory; able to hold conversations with a high level of complexity Interpersonal skills
