Automotive manufacturer leader looking for a professional that will be in charge of assembling and leading a team of engineering experts specialising in electronics, particularly for applications in power electronics. This professional will ensure the team's fulfilment of internal and external customer needs and timelines in the corresponding company's products.Responsibilities:

Supervise the power electronics hardware team by giving technical guidance in their projects and tasks.
Coordinate the efforts of the team to fulfill internal and external customer needs and timelines.
Assist in achieving flawless design and successful launch/commercialization processes.
Define, develop, and maintain technical guidance documentation for development roles within the team.
Ensure the availability of team resources, skills, and knowledge to meet project requirements.
Promote and enforce safety procedures.

Supervise the power electronics hardware team by giving technical guidance.|Fulfill both internal and external customer needs and timelines.Minimum of 8 years in electronics engineering. Minimum of 3 years in electronics hardware designing. Experience in the automotive industry is strongly desired. Prior experience leading and supervising teams. Experience ensuring functional safety (ISO26262) requirements. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Availability to travel for 10% of the time.Tier 1 manufacturing leader in the automotive industryAttractive compensations package above the law.
