**Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required**
- Provides the highest level of customer service at all times to internal and external customers.

- Follows department guidelines for methods of research and accuracy.
(10%)
- Creates follow-ups with customers to provide the best customer experience; Interacts with associated internal department to resolve issues.
(20%)
- Identifies issues that need escalation and passes on to the appropriate person.
(5%)
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
(5%)
- Maintains notes in appropriate systems.
- Meets attendance and punctuality standards.

**Required Educational**:
High School/G.E.D.
**Previous Experience (Years & Type)**:
A minimum 6 month experience in a Customer Service role.
A minimum of 35 wpm typing skills.
