The
** Regional Sales Manager** is responsible to link all GM Financial areas with a specific set of GM dealerships within an assigned geographical region.
This role is responsible for maintaining the commercial relationship within the assigned region and the achievement of objectives in our retail & wholesale business.
This role will also support and monitor training strategies of both Dealers and District Managers.
**Location**: Monterrey, MX (Availability to travel as this role will require national travelling).
**Responsibilities**:
- Be the Company's representation with the GM Mexico dealers.
- Coordinate commercial and marketing strategies to achieve sales objectives.
- Training and updating dealers on policies, processes and products through the Sales District Managers.
- Efficiently tracking operations within the assigned dealers.
- Management of KPI's such as: volume reach and wholesale-retail business penetration.
- Work with all the areas of the organization to help resolve day-to-day situations required by dealers.
- Team management, ensuring that they meet their established business objectives, as well as seeking to develop the team in such way that they exceed expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in business management, economic or related field (completed degree is a must).
- Desirable: Master's degree in Business Administration (in progress or completed).
- At least 5 years of experience working in a Financial Company, bank or car dealer in the sales department with proven experience as a Supervisor, Team Lead or Manager.
- English Proficiency (both verbal and written, will be evaluated during interview).
- Previous experience in credit or financial products placement.
- Experience as a Sales Account Manager with direct costumer service activities.
- Experience managing and developing a sales team.

- Proficient oral communication skill.
- Ability to establish long-term relationships with clients.
- High level of self-management and empowerment.
- Process development skills.
- Skills in managing MS Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel).
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Skills in team management & sales motivation.
