Your TasksRole Purpose:Responsible for asset reliability, execution of technical projects and supervision of specialized technical services. Leads world-class maintenance programs, drives continuous improvement and operational excellence, and fosters a culture of safety, sustainability, and technical talent development.Main Accountabilities:

Lead and ensure reliable operation of industrial services (energy, water, compressed air, refrigeration, effluent treatment, etc.).
Manage building, facilities, and support equipment maintenance.
Lead capital projects related to infrastructure, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
Oversee contractor and supplier management, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and cost standards.
Drive continuous improvement practices to optimize equipment reliability and availability.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements applicable to the food/pharmaceutical sector.

Your ProfileKnowledge, skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Robotics, Mechatronic Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial services and facilities, preferably in food or pharmaceutical industries.
Strong knowledge of project management, maintenance KPIs, TPM, and sustainability programs.
Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and contractor management skills.
Advanced English proficiency.
SAP knowledge in PM module.
