Staying current with digital trends is essential, as you'll be expected to stay informed about the latest developments in digital marketing to help our organization remain competitive. Responsibilities: * Local Help Desk for end-users support; provides support to all new technologies (hardware & software) required by the company

Expertise on OS Windows / MS Office / Gmail to provide support and training to end-users.
New Software /Software Installation /. Install and set up the new equipment in the company
Control of Licenses / PC Inventory / PC Maintenance. Perform the corrective maintenance to the computer systems (hardware) of all company.
Solves the different problems in the networks and connectivity of all the computer equipment of the company.
Provide preventive/corrective maintenance to Tranxfer equipment.
Provide preventive/corrective maintenance to the Check in / out clocks used in for time and attendance
Windows / Cell Phones Support Solution to the problems of telephony and communication that appear in the company.
Evaluates and implements the new technologies (hardware, software) required by the company.
Watch the lines of communications UPS and the emergency plant work correctly.
Support cabling to implement LAN topologies.
Work with maintenance team in order to have safety AC installations
Provide fist support on the electronic repairs.
Optimize the scanning process in all production areas
Ensure the optimal functioning of the equipment in the plant, productive area such as offices.
Due to the needs of the different production areas of the Plant, they give support 6 days a week for a day off. Support in 3 shifts, Changing shifts every week.
