As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that materials, processes, and products meet the company’s quality standards. You will perform advanced inspections and audits, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with internal and external requirements.What You Will Do

Perform Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) and collect, analyze, and report non-conformance data.
Maintain and update quality system documentation in accordance with industry standards.
Support and participate in internal and external audits, including follow-up on corrective actions.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Education Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, IMA or related field.
Basic – Intermediate English

Root Cause Analysis (RCA):

Proficient in RCA methodologies to investigate and resolve quality issues.
Implements sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence of problems.

The best candidates will also have:

Master’s degree related to the field.
Fluent English

Location Cienega de Flores
This position is a six-day a week in-office model (Monday to Friday)
This position is temporary (1 year contract only)
