- Ensuring that products and processes comply with the food safety and quality system requirements from start to finish—beginning with the reception and validation of raw materials and packaging materials, through to the packaging of the final product.
- Guaranteeing alignment with product design and governmental regulations.
- Degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of prior experience in food manufacturing.
- Advanced English proficiency (conversational level).
- Experience implementing quality systems, food safety protocols, microbiology processes, and sanitation standards.
- Knowledge of FDA systems and international quality standards.
- Familiarity with audits such as A&B, CTPAT, FDA, ISO 22000.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skilled in equipment management.
