2nd level support through the company internal ticketing system
Assure Corporate Standard Systems and applications functionality and predictability
Responsible for applications uptime and system integrity, with a focus on continuous improvement
Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance analysis for applications
Manages solution implementations for addition, modification, or removal of applications and/or system components
Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management according to LEONI standard

Qualifications

Proficient English speaking and writing skills (80%)
Bachelor's degree of Information System Management or related
Knowledge of ERP and MES Systems
At least 3 years of professional experience
Understanding of Business and IT Processes within production environment
