- End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee product planning, development, launch, and post-launch performance for tech-driven solutions.
- Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive gaps to inform product strategy and innovation.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Partner with cross-functional teams to define product positioning, pricing models, and launch strategies tailored to the tech ecosystem.
- Pricing Strategy & Opportunity Identification: Develop and optimize pricing strategies based on market dynamics, cost structures, and value perception. Identify new business opportunities and product gaps to drive growth.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor KPIs such as adoption rate, churn, revenue, and customer satisfaction; recommend data-backed improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central point of collaboration across every business touchpoint, including but not limited to region marketing, global product marketers and engineers, region leadership & peers.
- Customer-Centric Innovation: Translate user feedback and analytics into actionable insights for product enhancements and roadmap planning.
- Technical Understanding: Work closely with development teams to understand product architecture, capabilities, and limitations, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
- Act as a central point of collaboration across every business touchpoint.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in product management, brand management, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Proven experience.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and product performance dashboards.
- Category management knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Commercial, or business-related fields.
- Natural curiosity and interest in the consumer technology and audio market.
- Willingness to travel, if necessary.
- Willingness to work in an office in hybrid scheme.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Demonstrable ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
