POSITION OBJECTIVEIn the position of receptionist, be always available to support the different activities that take place in the area, such as: follow-up to visitors, suppliers, new employees.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Create and/or replace credentials for new employees.Reception, review and delivery of package service.Register and modify access in GENETEC for employees.Access programmed/deactivation in GENETEC. (Access control system)Block and restrict access to Genetec at the request of Medical Services and HR.In coordination with the security department, will follow the entry and monitoring of visitors, contractors, and employees without credential.Programmed and made temporary credential for employees and in-house employees contractors.Prepare employee entry register reports as needed or requested by HR.Inventory and management of credential, lanyards, and ribbons for creating employee and in-housecontractor credentialsManage local purchase orders of the department.Lanyard washing schedule for reuse by employees who resign or terminate their employment at BRP.Support and assistance to HR with BRP employee resignations.Support and assistance for visits from government and legal agencies.Support and assistance for medical checkup for new hirings.Enforce Quality BRP policyFollow BRP values and behaviorsEnsure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.Support the agenda, meeting and visitor that the Local Manager of Security needed.SKILLS:Microsoft toolsCreate and managment of Purcharse OrdersAccess control, Basic knowledgeManagment of AgendasImplement security reportsPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:2 years in: Receptionist AssistantLANGUAGE:Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.English advanced (Min. 80%)French or german is an advantage.ACKNOWLEDGING THE POWER OF DIVERSITYBRP is dedicated to nurturing a culture that invites, connects, and propels the ambitions of people of all backgrounds, profiles, beliefs, and experiences.
