You light the way.More about the roleThis is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as an Employee Relations Specialist in Mexicali site with Signify. This role is responsible for ensuring the implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • To attend and follow-up on labor cases with people Managers.
  • Assess employee needs and whether the organization can meet them. Interpret and manage contracts related to wages, complaints, ensure the follow-up of labor activities with HRBP and/or legal department.
  • Develop and implement documentation and reports for labor relations management.
  • Workforce management, Headcount reports, statistics, and projections.
  • Audit employee databases periodically to ensure accuracy.
  • Establishment and request for the creation of employee shifts.
  • Attention to employee resignations, management of employee files, pension plan administration.
  • Preparation of employee offers according to the compensation levels/levels set.
  • Oversee hiring processes
  • Ensure compliance with promotions on time by supervisors/Manager.
  • To manage different surveys and execution of action plans, ensure compliance with the different Certifications – CTPAT-SGI-STPS and those that correspond.

  • 4+ years of experience of direct HR experience
  • Leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge of Mexican Labor Law
  • Effective communication skills at levels.
  • Strategic thinking and global vision of business.
  • Continuous improvement knowledge is a must
  • Bilingual English /Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree.
