- Lead and optimize supply chain processes for a high-volume electronics manufacturing plant, including SMT operations.
- Manage over 30,000 SKUs with precision and agility, ensuring material availability and inventory accuracy.
- Oversee planning, procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations using SAP and Kinaxis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
- Ensure compliance with Schneider Electric’s global standards and sustainability goals.
- Proven leadership in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment, ideally electronics or high-mix production.
- Strong experience with SAP and Kinaxis for planning and execution.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- High energy, dynamic leadership style, and ability to drive change.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, SIOP and SMT processes is highly desirable.
- Strong command of SAP and Kinaxis.
- Fluent in English.
