
Order Management Specialist

- Resolve customer inquiries related to orders, technical issues, and payments.
- Provide appropriate solutions and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure complete handling of requests (e.g., order changes, credit management, tracking, account blocks).
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in relevant systems throughout the order process.
- Analyze customer service metrics and trends using available tools to support forecasting and performance tracking.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, order/payment assistance and/or claims management.
- Advanced SAP knowledge (Order Management module).
- Understanding of manufacturing processes for effective claims resolution.
- Advanced English proficiency is required.
- Knowledge of logistics and traffic processes is a plus.
- Previous experience in robotics or automation-related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree completed is needed.
