PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Support Quality and Production team inproblem resolutionnew model introductiondesign improvement processPart evaluations and process changes including deviationsPrepare official communications between R&D and manufacturing siteParticipate in Design For Assembly (DFA) reviewsParticipate in PFMEA processEnsure the accuracy of Bill of Material (BOM) for different productsAssist R&D in Special run preparation, instructions and reworksObjectives :Do the BOM verification for Juarez platformsBecome an ECN advisor (Link between ECN coordinator and R&D, follow-up and Check list)Manage R&D MRQs (filter, prioritize and share information with Valcourt)Help Resident engineer on daily tasks (Take pictures for R&D, problem solving, etc.)Governances :Manager round table (daily), if Resident can’t attendPPQ meeting (weekly)Px/Pilot run coordination meeting (Parts/rework and deliverables) (weekly)ECN meeting ECN (weekly)MRQ meeting (vary)ACKNOWLEDGING THE POWER OF DIVERSITYBRP is dedicated to nurturing a culture that invites, connects, and propels the ambitions of people of all backgrounds, profiles, beliefs, and experiences.
