- Focused to generate new business opportunities and strategies through a correct pipeline management.
- Maintain and develop business relationship with appointed brokers and other related business partners.
- Initiate and organize events, seminars, trainings and other promotional activities for brokers to increase our new business and reinforce the relationship with them.
- Constantly communication of our underwriting appetite and value proposition during the different meetings with each broker.
- Salesforce: Keep updated the Intelligence Profile and Broker Plan of the brokers of the assigned portfolio to align our strategies to those of each broker, as well as identify of target portfolios.
- Will be a key element to achieve the AIG´s strategic growth for the next years.
- In this position, you'll take your negotiation, leadership, and conflict management skills, among others, to the next level.
- Help us to elevate the level service to our top producers.
- Experience in the insurance sector, desirable in sales or client facing areas.
- Technical skills: data analysis, good management Office products (power point, excel, word).
- Soft skills: problem solving, negotiation, creativity, teamwork, development of good relationships at all levels.
- Knowledge in Commercial and Personal Lines (Property, Financial Lines, Marine, Casualty, A&H, etc).
- Preferred qualification: Intermediate level of English.
