- Coordinate the transportation arrangements from NJ manufacturing sites to global distribution depots and final destinations.
- Liaise with logistics service providers (LSPs) and create job requests. Manage booking changes and ensure alignment throughout the life cycle of the job.
- Proactive communicate updates to internal stakeholders and global commercial support teams, identify potential risks and escalate to leadership to mitigate disruptions in the supply chain
- Collaborate with logistics service providers to improve reliability and responsiveness in meeting demand and align critical weekend shipments.
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation for international/export shipments and maintain close coordination with site shipping departments.
- Tracking shipments to ensure on time deliveries and communicate with Commercial support teams globally.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patient order management and product logistics inquiries.
- Support the manufacturing sites with logistics and planning related questions on patient orders.
- Support departmental strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through superior service
- Manage and maintain End-to-End site tracker
- Execute the full order management cycle, including order entry, allocation, and fulfillment in accordance with internal procedures.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment to meet customer delivery expectations
- Coordinate with site planning and warehouse teams to expedite order processing, export clearances and shipment execution
- Stay informed on international trade regulations, customs procedures and international transportation laws.
- Ensure all export documentation and shipping practices adhere to global trade compliance standards
- Partner with Trade Ops, Finance and site planning to ensure all critical deliverables are managed and communicated to appropriate levels of the organization
- Collaborate with internal teams, including commercial, finance, quality, manufacturing, supply chain and warehouse to align logistics activities with business objectives.
- Collaborate with external partners including LSPs, Importers of Record (IoRs), and Trade Ops to drive continuous improvement in logistics processes.

- Bachelor’s degree in, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, logistics, Engineering or related area and 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing and/or supply chain operations, preferably within a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functional areas and cultures.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex logistical challenges
