We are looking for proactive, dynamic individuals and team players with strong organizational skills, accustomed to handling multiple tasks, and with strong attention to detail. Manage the process of contacting candidates and adding them to our pipeline.
Share data with the recruiting and staffing team.
Prioritize various requests from the recruiting and staffing team.
Adapt to a fastpaced and everchanging environment.Heres what we are looking for5 years of IT recruiting experience. 1 year of experience leading teams. Time management and organizational skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to constant change.
Previous experience with online and phone sales techniques a plus
Knowledge of headhunting in the IT industry is a plus.
