Your role includes strategic planning, risk management, and highlevel decisionmaking, guiding teams to successful project completion and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.What you will doOversee largescale software development projects, providing strategic direction and leadership.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align projects with organizational goals and priorities.
Establish and refine project management methodologies, processes, and standards for the organization.
Lead crossfunctional teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring team members are motivated and productive.
Manage stakeholder relationships, negotiating project scopes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide expert guidance on project management, contributing to the continuous improvement of project management practices within the organization.What we are looking for5 years of experience in project management within software development.
Strong understanding of software development processes and best practices.
Extensive experience in leading large and complex software projects.
Strong expertise in Agile methodologies.
Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and strategic decisionmaking.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and advanced software systems.
