- Vocational training in Electrical, Electrical, Electrical Engineering or similar.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in business positions in the electrical or power cable industry.
- Knowledge of product and electrical installation standards (NOM, NEC, SEC, Mexican, American and international standards).
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Experience in technical advice, preparation of quotes and development of commercial proposals.
- Desirable: Experience in customer loyalty programs and consultative sales.
- Map key accounts, develop contacts, and achieve order closings.
- Develop repetitive business with customers, implementing loyalty programs and long-term relationships.
- Promote products manufactured in Mexico and abroad, prioritizing those with greater added value and differentiation.
- Prepare quotes, follow up and ensure the closure of opportunities.
- Provide technical advice to clients, recommending solutions according to specific projects and needs.
- Develop and execute action plans that strengthen the presence of product catalogs in the market.
- Enter sales orders and follow up on orders in coordination with customer service.
- Ensure compliance with the requirements, standards, policies and procedures of the ISO 9001, TL 9000, 5S's, LEAN and Six Sigma systems, promoting their application in all the company's activities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electromechanical, Electrician or similar).
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in technical sales in the electrical, industrial or mining sector.
