This is a part-time, remote support role based in Mexico City or Estado de México. The position assists with administrative, logistics, and international trade operations for a distribution team. Morning availability (8 AM to 1 PM) is preferred. The role will begin as half-time with potential to grow into a full-time position. Initial training will be provided by the current operations team member, and responsibilities may evolve over time.Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support for daily logistics and internal coordination
- Manage and track shipments, assist with documentation, and communicate with freight providers
- Support import/export documentation and compliance tasks
- Handle data entry, order processing, invoicing, and internal communication
- Work collaboratively with the operations lead and gradually assume more independent responsibilities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Google Workspace familiarity is a plus
- Basic understanding of logistics or international trade processes
- Must live in Mexico City or Estado de México (remote)
- Must be proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Prior experience in logistics, administrative support, or supply chain is preferred but not required
- Comfortable working independently and remotely with a high level of reliability
- Part-Time: 8 AM to 1 PM, Monday to Friday
- Monthly Salary: MXN $12,000 to $15,000 gross with full legal benefits
- May transition to full-time based on performance and business needs
