We are looking for a highly motivated & technically proficient Senior Development Lead to guide & mentor our Data Management & Governance team in building scalable, high-performance data privacy applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java-based technologies, microservices architecture, & modern DevOps practices in data management and data privacy.Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Data Governance, Legal, and Security teams to ensure compliance with global privacy regulations and define technical solutions & delivery
- Lead the design, development, & deployment of enterprise-grade data privacy applications
- Architect & implement microservices &RESTful APIs using Java &Spring Boot
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, & best practices
- Manage CI/CD pipelines & ensure smooth integration & deployment workflows
- Work with Kafka for real-time messaging & data streaming
- Provide technical leadership &mentorship to junior developers
- Java/Python, Spring Boot, SQL

- For NAM, undergrad or Grad in STEM or relevant fields
- Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in leading development teams & delivering complex projects
- Strong problem-solving & communication skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations is a plus
