Access is exclusive to owners and their guests.General DescriptionThe Security Paramedic Officer at Twin Dolphin is an honest, responsible individual with sound judgment, respect, and tolerance. This role requires solid knowledge and experience in first aid and emergency response. The primary objective is to guarantee the comprehensive safety and security of the Twin Dolphin development, providing timely assistance and acting with professionalism at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide medical emergency response and first aid with professionalism, speed, and in accordance with established protocols.
Conduct patrols and active surveillance to prevent, detect, and address security incidents.
Enforce and ensure compliance with internal regulations, rules, and community protocols.
Deliver exceptional, discreet, and bilingual service to homeowners, guests, visitors, vendors, and staff.
Manage, inspect, and maintain prehospital equipment and first aid supplies in optimal condition.
Prepare complete and detailed reports on incidents, accidents, and risk situations.
Actively participate in first aid brigades, physical training, and professional development activities.RequirementsHigh school diploma completed at minimum
At least 2 years of experience in bilingual prehospital emergency services
Experience in ultraluxury service within the hospitality or residential development sectors
Previous experience providing service to residents, guests, or clients, with a focus on respectful and discreet treatment
English proficiency Intermediate 2
