- Responsible to sign the most competitive rates for Hotelbeds clients in B2B and B2C environment.
- Monitoring the Performance of each supplier working closely with the Pricing team to ensure competitiveness and availability is not an issue.
- Ensure the supplier has a clear understanding of Hotelbeds and its possibilities that enable us to work together to optimse revenue.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills, thriving in the creation and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders
- Experienced with proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Solid experience in negotiating agreements and conditions with suppliers
- Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships with individuals and partners using an open and consultative approach
- Highly developed communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills
- Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries, key competitors, industry issues and related technology
- 2+ years experience as a contracts negotiator
- Previous experience of contracting and negotiation with suppliers
- Excellent in English spoken and written
- Travel Industry experience highly beneficial
- Language skills that support negotiation with partners
- Excellent communication skills, in the local Language and English
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong cultural versatility and empathy
- Passionate about customer satisfaction, with a personal commitment to organizational excellence
- High values with high standards of personal integrity
- Understanding of Channel managers
- Constant changes in the industry can be challenging to adapt to
- Big organization with constant changes in process for sourcing and in different departments that work together
- Communication is a challenge in a big company with centralized operations
