What your background should look likeMain Purpose of the Role: Lead the global standardization and optimization of manufacturing engineering and maintenance practices across TE Energy's operations. Focus areas include the implementation of global programs such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and performance improvement initiatives aligned with TEOA and TE Best practices. This role has a direct impact on operational efficiency, competency development, and the successful execution of TEBIT productivity projectsKey Responsibilities
Develop, deploy, and monitor standard operational processes in ME and Maintenance globally
Drive TPM, SPC, FPY/RTY, and TEBIT initiatives across all regions
Collaborate cross-functionally with global/regional Ops, Quality, Engineering, and TEOA teams
Define and implement roadmaps for best practices adoption in plants
Lead capability assessments and training programs to upskill global ME & Maintenance teams
Promote a lean mindset and customer-centric culture in operations
Translate strategic business goals into actionable ME/maintenance objectives and KPIs
Ensure integration of HSE and quality standards into all processes
Act as a subject matter expert in global manufacturing engineering projects and transformation initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profil
Education:
Bachelor's degree + 15 years' experience
OR Master's degree + 12 years' experience
Academic background in Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, or Busines
Professional Experience:
Proven leadership in global manufacturing engineering or operations roles
Deep expertise in TPM, SPC, continuous improvement, and lean principles
Strong experience leading cross-regional teams and influencing at a strategic level
Demonstrated success in implementing global manufacturing systems and productivity frameworks (e.g., TEOA, TE Best
