- Accurately process payroll for employees across multiple countries.
- Ensure timely and accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of United States local and country specific tax laws and regulations.
- Ensure payroll tax compliance – managing federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements.
- Monitor the ADP Smart Compliance tool for tax law changes, filing deadlines, balances, and registrations.
- Manage quarterly and annual tax filings through audits and reporting reviews.
- Assist with any tax notices received by agencies.
- Prepare and file payroll tax returns for local, state, and federal agencies.
- Generate and review payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee files.
- Address and resolve more complex payroll-related inquiries.
- Provide guidance on payroll and tax matters.
- Utilize payroll software to manage payroll processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent experience in accounting, finance and / or Human Resources.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, with a focus on multi-state tax compliance.
- Strong knowledge of United States federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
- Proficiency in ADP Global View and ADP Smart Compliance tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
