- Machining Parameters
- Fixture & Workholding Design.
- GD&T Interpretation: Applying geometric tolerances in design and inspection.
- Process Capability Analysis: Cp, Cpk, and statistical control of machining processes.
- Process Development & Troubleshooting
- Cycle Time Analysis: Identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Root Cause Analysis: Troubleshooting issues like chatter, tool wear, and dimensional drift.
- CAD/CAM knowledge: SolidWorks, CATIA, NX for design and toolpath generation.
- FMEA for Machining: Identifying risks specific to cutting operations.
- SPC & Control Charts: Monitoring critical dimensions and process stability.
