WTS Energy is recruiting Roustabouts on behalf of our international client for an offshore drillship operation. The position is part of the deck crew and is responsible for providing general labor support.Purpose of the Position:
To perform general deck duties and assist in the safe and efficient operation of the drillship’s deck and equipment.Main Responsibilities:
- Handle and move drilling supplies, equipment, and cargo.
- Assist with the loading and offloading of supply vessels.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and painting on deck.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist the crane operator and other senior deck personnel as directed.
- Participate in safety meetings and emergency drills.
- Perform other manual labor tasks as required to support operations.
- Previous experience as a Roustabout in Drillship, Semisumergible drilling rig, Jack up.
- Good physical condition and ability to perform strenuous work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work a rotational schedule 28/28
