Description :Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Record and update staff information in systems and files.
  • Follow up on hiring, termination, job changes, and IMSS transactions.
  • Prepare contracts, renewals, and administrative letters.
  • Address and channel incidents, complaints, and labor disputes in the plant.
  • Support the execution of disciplinary actions in accordance with the Labor Law (LFT) and internal policies.
  • Follow up on administrative reports and contract terminations.
  • Promote integration, recognition, and well-being activities in accordance with corporate campaigns.
  • Detect sources of conflict and report promptly to their superior.
  • Ensure that employment files comply with legal and corporate requirements
