- Record and update staff information in systems and files.
- Follow up on hiring, termination, job changes, and IMSS transactions.
- Prepare contracts, renewals, and administrative letters.
- Address and channel incidents, complaints, and labor disputes in the plant.
- Support the execution of disciplinary actions in accordance with the Labor Law (LFT) and internal policies.
- Follow up on administrative reports and contract terminations.
- Promote integration, recognition, and well-being activities in accordance with corporate campaigns.
- Detect sources of conflict and report promptly to their superior.
- Ensure that employment files comply with legal and corporate requirements
