**Your responsibilities will include**:
**As an IAM Security Manager, your duties would include**:
- **Lead offshore vendor security teams on ID Administration operations following Whirlpool security processes and best practices**
- **Liaison with the offshore vendor security leads to ensure team performance is optimum by conducting calibration activities, upskilling resources, reducing barriers etc**
- **Define, maintain and improve ID Administration processes and procedures**
- **Conduct privileged access reviews across all major and critical systems and platforms**
- **Support Internal and External auditors by gathering and documenting required information as part of their Audit Testings and walkthroughs**
- **Contribute towards the Global IAM Cybersecurity Strategy**
- **Develop automation to build, test, deploy, manage, or maintain solutions to improve the ID Administration Security processes**
**Minimum requirements**:
- **Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science or information systems**
- **5+ years of experience in Information Systems, Information Security, or Identity & Access Management areas**
- **Have a good hands on experience/understanding of ID Administration on ActiveDirectory, Google, LDAP, SAP, and Unix**
- **Experience with role-based access controls (RBAC) for provisioning, establishing team-based roles and assigning them entitlements**
- **Solid grasp of Security governance practices and IAM Policy/Document preparation**
