The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and drive all supply chain operations at a new manufacturing site specializing in Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems for the aerospace industry. Based in Chihuahua, this role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals seeking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Lead and manage all supply chain functions: planning, operational procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory control, customs, and supplier relationships.
Build and develop the site's supply chain team, including direct leadership of planning, purchasing, warehouse, and inbound/outbound logistics
Drive the implementation and maturity of SIOP (Sales & Operations Planning) and MPS (Master Production Schedule) processes.
Ensure material availability to support production ramp-up and avoid bottlenecks.
Optimize inventory levels and turnover, aligning with site productivity and delivery goals.
Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs such as OTD, DIFOT, inventory days, and planning accuracy.
Manage shop floor planning and scheduling to maximize output, line occupancy, and throughput.
Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards (AS9100, NADCAP) and export control regulations (ITAR/EAR).
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, quality, and finance to align supply chain processes with project time lines.

A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years in supply chain management, ideally in aerospace, automotive, or defense industries
Experience in production ramp-up and new site launches

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
