- Design and develop manufacturing cells with a focus on Flexibility, Modularity and Transferability
- Reuse of existing assets for the development of manufacturing cells (Resizing of machines or transfer from other regions)3.- Prepare technical-economic proposals with work team based on RFQs related to IMS projects
- Select the most appropriate technologies for IMS Projects depending on the product specifications
- Develop a plan in stages to have the technical skills in Tech Center to meet the needs for technologies trend for New Launching programs
- Develop synergies with technology suppliers to achieve manufacturing cell integrations and participate in equipment validations at suppliers' facilities.
- Participation in workshops with other regions in Engineering communities to implement lessons learned
- Develop the design and construction specifications for different manufacturing cells
- Develop and implement training plan for mechanical design engineers assigned to their area
- Provide specialized technical support to troubled plants in analysis and solution of critical problems with global reach
- Bachelor's in Mechatronics, Electrics or similar required.
- Minimum 4 years of experience Leading Manufacturing projects
- Advanced English required
