
Global Customer Service Representative

- Handle customer orders (domestic & international) from start to finish using SAP
- Make sure orders are processed, invoiced, and shipped out on time
- Work closely with customers on product availability, delivery timelines, and shipping details
- Keep customers in the loop on any changes to their orders or agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance, etc.) to make sure everything's aligned
- Manage order-related documents and provide support for import/export shipments
- Stay on top of credit control issues, issue credit/debit notes, and follow up on overdue payments
- Update and maintain customer master data and contacts in CRM
- Help manage customer complaints and work with Account Managers to follow up and resolve issues
- Coordinate returns and packaging logistics when needed
- Communicate regularly with freight forwarders and other logistics partners
- Ensure all processes follow company procedures and SOX compliance
- A bachelor's degree (Business Admin, International Commerce, or Chemical Engineering preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or sales support-ideally in manufacturing
- Fully bilingual in English / Spanish (required)
- A customer-focused mindset and a drive to get things done right
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm and prioritize when things get busy
- Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Experience using SAP (Sales & Distribution, Import/Export) is a big plus
- Familiarity with freight forwarders or customs brokers is a bonus
- A self-starter attitude and comfort working independently or in a team
- This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager.
