Join our dynamic team and make your mark on the payments technology landscape of tomorrow.Primary Objective:The product pre-sales analyst is responsible for evaluating and proposing the direct integrated and integrated CP (Card Present) products that adapt to the merchant's infrastructure and requirements. Additionally, they are responsible for demonstrating the functionalities of the selected product to enhance comprehension and operations during the sales process.Responsibilities:Offer both virtual and in person technical assistance to executive presentations of both card-present and card-not-present products.Perform live or virtual demonstrations of the card-present productGather technical requirements needed for the product to have a successful implementationAnalyze businesses to identify those suitable for product adoption based on their infrastructure and operations.Provide initiatives that help demonstrate products by executives.Develop and implement technical training sessions tailored for businesses and executives to familiarize them with product features and functionalities.Identify potential opportunities that allow for clear and concrete offerings of our products, as well as opportunities for better profiling of the business and product to be offered.Knowledge and Skill Required :Proficiency in executing business casesPossess fundamental programming skills and technical communication abilities, particularly pertaining to servers and routers.Basic-intermediate level of knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.The ability to gather, interpret, and analyze data to make informed decisions, solve problems, and identify opportunities for improvement.Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve goals within set timelines.Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.The ability to navigate various scenarios and stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes in product-related discussions and decisions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and assertiveness.Intermediate level of English (B1-B2)Basic knowledge of payment industryExperience:Minimum of 2-3 years of practical experience in systems management, programming, or application integration, preferably within the payment industry.Basic-intermediate level programming knowledge.What can EVO do for you?Own your destiny with a worldwide payments industry leader where you can learn, grow, and advanceEnjoy a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package customized to the country in which you liveThrive in a collaborative culture that supports innovationOur people are the key to our success.
